12U WORLD SERIES FUNDRAISER
The Dixie Youth Majors Baseball Team from Southern League has earned a spot to compete in the 12U World Series July 26- 30, 2023 in Ruston, Louisiana. This is the first time that a team from Southern League has qualified to represent the state of Alabama at the World Series. The exposure and experience that the players and coaches will receive from participating in the World Series is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
The cost to participate in the World Series is expensive and we are asking for donations to help subsidize the cost. Therefore, we ask you to consider supporting the players and coaches who have worked hard to represent the Southern League, City of Montgomery, and State of Alabama at the World Series. Any amount that you are willing to offer will be appreciated and will go directly towards supporting the team.
Please submit your donations by Saturday, July 22, 2023. All donations received will be provided to team on Sunday, July 23, 2023, after regular 10:00 a.m. Worship Service at Hall Memorial CME Church, 541 Seibles Road, Montgomery, AL 36116.
